A note on geography and "remote"

"Remote" rarely means "anywhere on Earth." Tax law, payroll, working-time rules, data residency and time-zone overlap all conspire to scope where companies will hire. The roles above explicitly list Anywhere in the World as eligible — but always confirm with the employer before investing a multi-stage interview.

Time-zone strategy for parents

If you're in Anywhere in the World and applying to a team headquartered elsewhere, audit the meeting calendar before signing. Two recurring meetings outside school hours per week is sustainable. Five is not.
