Product Manager - Accounting Integrations

Marks Sattin · Posted 2026-04-06

FlexCareers fit: Fully remote. Source: We Work Remotely.

Headquarters: London

I'm currently working with an ambitious fintech company on a mission to simplify how businesses manage their spending. The office is located in London, but this role can be based on a fully remote basis.

As a result, my client is looking for a Product Manager to take the lead on the integrations between the platform and accounting software. This is an initial 6-month FTC role, with the view to extend. It's a great opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

We're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on integrations or backend platforms
  • Strong technical understanding. Someone who's comfortable discussing architecture and systems
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) or ERPs is a big plus

What this role looks like for a working parent

Marks Sattin is hiring a Product Manager - Accounting Integrations on a fully remote basis from Anywhere in the World. Below we've reframed the listing through the FlexCareers lens — what this job actually means if your day is bracketed by a school run, a nap window, or a caregiving block.

Why we surfaced this role

  • Fully remote

How a parent might shape the day

Most of the candidates we hear from in this category split their week into two or three deep-work blocks: an early-morning window before the household wakes, a midday block during nap or school hours, and a short evening sweep for asynchronous responses. A role like Product Manager - Accounting Integrations typically rewards focused output over hours-at-desk, which is exactly the trade working parents want.

Questions to ask in the interview

  • What does a "core hours" overlap look like across time zones?
  • Is the team genuinely async, or is async a synonym for "ping me on Slack"?
  • How are deadlines and on-call expectations handled around school holidays?
  • What does parental leave and return-to-work look like at Marks Sattin?
  • Are there meeting-free days or focus blocks already on the team's calendar?
