What FlexCareers is
FlexCareers is an independent publisher that aggregates publicly available remote job listings and presents them through an editorial filter for working parents and caregivers. We are not a recruiting firm, an applicant tracking system, or a party to any employment relationship.
What you can do
You can read every page on this site for free, link to any job listing, and share any URL freely. You can quote short excerpts (up to 100 words) of our editorial content with attribution and a link back.
What you cannot do
You may not scrape the entire site, repackage our listings as a competing product, or republish our editorial commentary in bulk without permission. The underlying job listings remain the property of the original employer or job board; their republication is governed by those parties' terms.
Accuracy
We make a best-effort to keep listings accurate and current. Listings can become stale between rebuilds, and employers occasionally remove roles without notifying upstream feeds. Always confirm a role's status with the employer directly before relying on it.
No employment guarantee
FlexCareers does not guarantee that any listed role is genuinely flexible, that the employer is operating in good faith, or that you will be hired. Do your own due diligence in interviews. Use the question lists we publish on each company page as a starting point.
Liability
FlexCareers is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where applicable consumer protection law gives you additional rights, those rights are not affected by these terms.
